A Deep Love for Learning
L4 means Love for Learning. This studio was born from a personal passion to transform education into a journey of discovery. We bridge the gap between information and growth, creating digital spaces where learning is not just a task, but a life-changing experience. We believe that education should go beyond simple content to become a truly transformative experience, where different perspectives and expertise come together to create better ways to learn, unlocking growth, opportunity, and human potential.
From Engineering to Experience Design
Our journey began with an unconventional transition. Thais, our knowledge leader, spent a decade as an Electronic Engineer deciphering complex systems. While working with technical manuals and servers, she discovered that her true spark didn't come from making machines work, but from teaching others how to master them. This curiosity led her to earn a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology. Since 2015, she has been immersed in the corporate sector, creating eLearning solutions that focus on what matters most: connecting with people.
A Team Brought Together by a Shared Belief
We believe that learning should be meaningful, human, and designed to truly make an impact. This shared vision is what drives L4 Learning Studio to go beyond traditional boundaries, bringing together a diverse network of experts who ensure every project is grounded in both purpose and precision. To achieve this, our team is global by nature as we work across borders to reach anyone anywhere, and intentional by design because every decision we make is an architected step toward human growth.

This collective expertise is led by Thais, our knowledge leader, whose background in engineering and instructional design sets the foundation for our human-centered approach. She is supported by voices that bridge the gap between technical complexity and real world application, such as Joel, who brings a strong scientific background to the studio and focuses on translating intricate information into clear, applicable knowledge. They are joined by Marianella, who provides a strategic perspective rooted in business thinking and the customer experience to ensure that everything we create is engaging and stays focused on results in the real world.
